THE CONSTELLATION SIRIUS: Sirius Black is not the only dog with that name! Sirius, the brightest star in this in the constellation Canis Major (which means Big Dog!)e nighttime sky is in the Constellation Canis Major (which means Big Dog!)
Luna Lovegood: LUNA means "moon" in Latin. The moon is fun to look at from all over the world, and you don't need a telescope.
Bellatrix Lestrange: Bellatrix is in the constellation Orion. It's a very bright star, and easy to find!
The Harry Potter universe is full of references to REAL celestial objects! From Sirius to Draco to Luna, muggle astronomers have been watching them for centuries...
